This role requires strong experience in agile work management, integration testing, quality assurance, requirements management, SDLC practices, systems integration, troubleshooting, web services, workflow management, and test automation.\nThe ideal candidate will plan, prioritize, and manage work using agile practices to enable iterative delivery, collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement. They will partner with developers and engineering teams to review source code, identify issues, improve quality, and promote maintainability and coding standards.\nThis position is responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining tests that validate interactions across integrated components, systems, services, APIs, data flows, interfaces, and dependencies. The candidate will help establish and maintain QA processes and standards that prevent defects, optimize performance, improve customer satisfaction, and support compliance.\nThe role also requires strong understanding of requirements management, SDLC, systems integration, web services, troubleshooting, and workflow management. The candidate should be a key contributor who can guide others informally and help teams deliver reliable, maintainable solutions.\nRole\nIn this role, you will:\nPerform QE activities across assigned projects, including test planning, strategy, validation, automation, and release readiness.\nCollaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to enhance testing processes and strengthen quality practices.\nContribute to SME QE teams focused on test validation and automation within assigned projects.\nDesign, execute, and maintain integration tests to validate interactions between systems, services, APIs, data flows, interfaces, and dependencies.\nEstablish and maintain QA processes and standards that prevent defects, improve quality, optimize performance, and support customer expectations.\nApply agile work management practices to plan, prioritize, and manage work effectively in iterative delivery environments.\nPartner with product owners, developers, and delivery teams to review requirements, clarify acceptance criteria, manage changes, identify risks, and ensure testability throughout the SDLC.\nSupport SDLC activities including requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance to ensure solutions remain high quality and maintainable.\nContribute to systems integration by validating communication, interoperability, and reliability across diverse technologies, processes, applications, and services.\nImplement and support UI, API, backend, and integration automation using tools such as Playwright, Cypress, and API automation frameworks.\nSupport API performance testing and performance validation using tools such as Gatling and BlazeMeter.\nTroubleshoot complex issues across systems, applications, services, integrations, test environments, and networks using structured methods and tools.\nEvaluate source code written by developers to identify and address potential issues, support maintainability, improve quality, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.\nAnalyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, streamline procedures, monitor progress, allocate resources, and adapt processes to ensure work moves smoothly from one stage to the next.\nContribute to CI/CD and DevOps practices by supporting automated test execution, version control, and integration of test automation into delivery pipelines.\nProvide technical guidance to team members, support proof-of-concepts, coach others informally, and help teams adopt scalable and maintainable test automation practices.\nCommunicate across the team.\nAll About You / Experience\nThe ideal candidate for this position should have:\nStrong experience in quality engineering, test strategy, planning, automation, QA, and software validation across complex technology programs.\nAbility to apply skills independently and consistently in complex or nuanced situations while supporting broader business, delivery, and quality goals.\nStrong knowledge of agile principles and practices, including planning, prioritization, iterative delivery, collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement.\nExperience collaborating with developers and engineering teams to review source code, identify potential issues, improve maintainability, and promote coding standards and best practices.\nHands-on experience with UI and API automation tools such as Playwright and Cypress.\nStrong experience in API integration testing and backend validation.\nExperience designing and maintaining integration tests that validate data flows, interfaces, dependencies, web services, and system interactions.\nExperience with API performance testing and exposure to performance testing tools such as Gatling and BlazeMeter.\nStrong understanding of requirements management, including documenting, analyzing, tracing, prioritizing, agreeing on, and communicating requirements and changes to stakeholders.\nStrong understanding of software development life cycle practices, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.\nExperience with systems integration, including validating communication and interoperability across applications, services, technologies, and processes.\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to systematically identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues across systems, applications, services, test environments, and networks.\nExperience with web services and standardized protocols that enable communication, data exchange, interoperability, scalability, and integration across diverse systems.\nAbility to analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, streamline procedures, monitor progress, allocate resources, and adapt processes to achieve outcomes.\nWorking knowledge of version control tools such as Git.\nExperience with API testing tools such as Insomnia.\nExperience with test case management tools such as XRay.\nExperience with project management tools such as Jira.\nExposure to cloud platforms, preferably Azure.\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted engineering and quality practices, including GitHub Copilot,
