Working closely with Product Management, Data Science, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams, you will help translate business requirements into scalable analytics capabilities that drive product innovation and client value.\n- Partner with Product Management teams to support product strategy, feature development, and data-driven decision making.\n- Analyze large-scale transaction, merchant, consumer, and market datasets to generate actionable business insights.\n- Develop and maintain analytical solutions, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and reusable data assets that support B&MI products.\n- Translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for product, business, and leadership stakeholders.\n- Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, Consulting, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable data and analytics capabilities.\n- Support the design, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of data-driven product enhancements.\n- Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, and reliability across analytical outputs and product deliverables.\n- Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and growth.\n- Document methodologies, processes, and best practices to promote transparency, scalability, and knowledge sharing.\n- Contribute to the development of common analytics capabilities and standards that enable faster product development across the B&MI portfolio.\nAll about you -\nEducation & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in technology, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\nAnalytical Expertise: Proven ability to conduct data analysis to support product strategy, commercial decisions, and business growth.\nIndustry Knowledge: Experience in analytics solutions for payments, financial services, or related industries is preferred.\nTechnical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, Hadoop, Excel, Tableau, and other analytics tools, with experience handling large datasets.
