You will partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Compliance, Operations, Finance, and external partners to deliver secure, scalable, resilient, and customer-focused solutions.You will transform strategic priorities into executable roadmaps, predictable delivery plans, and successful outcomes while balancing business objectives, technical requirements, risk management, and operational readiness.\nSuccess in this role requires the ability to influence without direct authority, align diverse stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and navigate ambiguity across highly interconnected and regulated environments.\nAs a Senior Specialist, Technical Program Manager at Mastercard, you are expected to:\nLead large-scale technology programs from planning through production deployment and operational adoption.\nTranslate business and technology strategies into measurable outcomes, delivery plans, milestones, and execution roadmaps.\nServe as the accountable leader and trusted source of truth for program health, risks, dependencies, decisions, and commitments.\nCoordinate cross-functional dependencies and drive alignment across multiple organizations and stakeholders.\nEstablish governance, delivery frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and operating rhythms that increase transparency and predictability.\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks that may impact delivery, security, compliance, operational performance, or customer outcomes.\nFacilitate technical planning and executive decision-making while ensuring alignment with long-term business and platform strategies.\nDrive release planning, production readiness, and operational preparedness activities for critical services and capabilities.\nSupport initiatives involving payment processing, financial platforms, banking integrations, transaction flows, and financial APIs.\nEnsure compliance, security, audit readiness, and regulatory requirements are integrated throughout the delivery lifecycle.\nCommunicate program status, recommendations, risks, and priorities to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.\nAll About You\nFintech and Electronic Payments Expertise: Hands-on experience managing programs within fintech and electronic payments environments, including payment processing, transaction flows, and banking integrations.\nTechnical Judgment and Dependency Management: Strong understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, infrastructure, testing, and release management, with the ability to proactively identify risks and resolve cross-team dependencies and blockers.\nLeadership and End-to-End Program Delivery: Demonstrated success leading complex technology programs from planning through production launch, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver measurable business outcomes.\nExecutive Communication and Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to influence without direct authority, secure commitments, and communicate risks, dependencies, and decisions effectively to executive-level stakeholders.\nAdvanced English proficiency is required.\n• Availability to be
