The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in compensation program execution who possesses strong technical skills in building, validating, and loading Inbound EIB templates (Enterprise Interface Builders).\nKey Responsibilities\nEIB Data Administration: Prepare, validate, and load inbound EIB templates for mass compensation events, including annual merit cycles, bonus payouts, allowance changes, and compensation grade/profile updates.\nSystem Testing & Troubleshooting: Review error logs and validation reports from EIB uploads to identify data discrepancies, ensuring accurate processing into underlying Workday business processes.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR Systems, Payroll, and Total Rewards teams to ensure compensation data behaves correctly across varying pay components, grades, and profiles.\nAudit & Compliance: Ensure that all mass data loads and compensation structures comply with internal policies, pay equity standards, and local/federal regulations.\nProcess Improvement: Continuously refine and document EIB integration processes, minimizing manual data-entry bottlenecks and streamlining future compensation review cycles.\nQualifications\nDemonstrated, hands-on experience loading and troubleshooting Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) in an HR Systems environment (preferably Workday)\nHigh degree of attention to detail with the ability to reconcile large datasets, trace data mappings, and interpret error logs\nProficiency in product management practices and agile delivery, including tools such as Jira.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (complex formulas, data transformation, and formatting for web services).\nStrong communication skills to effectively collaborate with IT, Payroll, and broader HR teams to explain technical data constraints or requirements.\nHigh degree of initiative and self-motivation with a willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging
