Partner closely with business stakeholders, analysts, developers, and testing teams to ensure business requirements are effectively translated into scalable, high-quality solutions. Contribute across various phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development support, testing, implementation, and production support.The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, a solid understanding of business processes and technology systems, and the capability to evaluate complex requirements, identify impacts across applications, and drive effective solutions.\nMajor Accountabilities\nResponsibilities may include, but are not limited to:\nAnalyze business and system requirements to ensure proposed solutions meet functional and technical objectives.\nPartner with business stakeholders to understand needs, define requirements, and support the implementation of new products, services, and enhancements.\nProvide subject matter expertise and support for issue investigation and escalation activities.\nDevelop conceptual solution designs, process flows, wireframes, and other analysis artifacts as required.\nCollaborate with development and testing teams throughout the software development lifecycle.\nIdentify, prioritize, and recommend system and process improvements across applications and platforms.\nAssess the impact of proposed changes on existing systems, processes, and integrations.\nPerform detailed requirements analysis and translate business needs into clear functional specifications.\nFacilitate requirements workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder discussions.\nReview solution designs to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical standards.\nDevelop, review, and support execution of test plans, test scenarios, and user acceptance testing activities.\nCoordinate defect tracking, triage, and resolution activities.\nWork closely with developers, architects, and quality assurance teams to deliver high-quality solutions.\nSupport audit, compliance, security, and regulatory requirements through appropriate documentation and controls.\nCreate and maintain business, functional, technical, and process documentation.\nMentor and provide guidance to junior team members when required.\nAdditional Functional Responsibilities\nDepending on the team or business area, responsibilities may also include:\nCollaborating with business and technology teams to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and platform effectiveness.\nActing as a liaison between business and technical teams for data analysis, reporting, compliance, operational support, and process improvement activities.\nSupporting data quality initiatives, reporting requirements, and business intelligence efforts.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.\nEquivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered.\nKnowledge & Experience\n7-9 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, technology delivery, or a related discipline in Financial services domain\nStrong analytical, technical, and problem-solving capabilities.\nExperience gathering, documenting, and validating business and system requirements.\nAbility to analyze complex business problems and translate them into practical solution recommendations.\nUnderstanding of software development lifecycles, testing processes, and change management practices.
