You will partner closely with engineering, product, architecture, infrastructure, security, governance, operations, and business stakeholders to drive alignment, manage dependencies, reduce execution risk, and ensure successful delivery of strategic programs.\nThis team functions as an enterprise AI Platform Engineering organization, delivering and operating shared capabilities that enable application teams to build and scale AI-powered products across public and private cloud environments.\nThis role provides the opportunity to help shape and execute the roadmap for Mastercard's next generation AI platform capabilities. Rather than focusing on a single product or application, you will drive programs that span platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, developer enablement, governance, operational excellence, and enterprise adoption.\nYou will work on challenging problems involving large-scale technology delivery, platform adoption, stakeholder alignment, roadmap execution, operational readiness, governance, and organizational transformation while helping shape Mastercard's long-term AI platform strategy.\nAbout the Role:\nAs a Senior Technical Program Manager, AI Platform Engineering, you will be responsible for leading large-scale technology initiatives from concept through implementation and operationalization. You will coordinate work across multiple engineering and business organizations, ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into executable plans and delivered successfully.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with sufficient technical depth to engage effectively with engineers, architects, and technology leaders. You are passionate about execution, organizational effectiveness, continuous improvement, and enabling teams to deliver complex technology solutions at enterprise scale.\nResponsibilities:\nLead complex, cross-functional technology programs from initiation through deployment and operational readiness.\nDevelop and maintain integrated delivery plans that account for dependencies, risks, resource requirements, milestones, and evolving business priorities.\nDrive alignment across engineering, product, architecture, infrastructure, security, governance, operations, and business stakeholders.\nEstablish clear program objectives, success metrics, execution strategies, and delivery mechanisms.\nProactively identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, dependencies, and organizational blockers.\nServe as the primary point of contact for program status, ensuring stakeholders have timely, accurate, and actionable information.\nDrive effective decision-making by facilitating discussions, evaluating tradeoffs, and escalating issues when necessary.\nCoordinate delivery across multiple teams, ensuring dependencies are understood, managed, and communicated effectively.\nDevelop executive-ready communications, dashboards, status updates, presentations, and program reviews.\nLead planning sessions, steering committees, roadmap reviews, operational reviews, and stakeholder meetings.\nEstablish governance, reporting, and operational mechanisms that improve transparency, predictability, and execution effectiveness.\nPartner with engineering teams to improve delivery processes, operating models, planning practices, and cross-functional collaboration.\nEnsure programs meet organizational standards for security, compliance, risk management, operational readiness, and business continuity.\nUtilize metrics and data-driven insights to assess program health, communicate outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.\nSupport strategic planning, portfolio management, roadmap development, prioritization, and organizational scaling initiatives.\nContribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration, operational excellence, and customer focus.\nAll About You:\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience leading large-scale technical programs involving multiple engineering teams and business stakeholders.\nStrong experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives within software engineering, infrastructure, cloud, platform engineering, data, or technology organizations.\nDemonstrated ability to build and manage integrated plans, coordinate dependencies, mitigate risks, and drive successful delivery outcomes.\nExperience communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership and executive stakeholders.\nStrong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nExperience managing competing priorities and delivering results in fast-paced, evolving environments.\nAbility to influence across organizations without direct authority.\nExperience working with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery methodologies.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation and reporting.\nExperience working within highly collaborative, cross-functional technology organizations.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting cloud platforms, developer platforms, AI/ML platforms, data platforms, infrastructure platforms, or enterprise software systems.\nFamiliarity with software engineering concepts, system architecture, cloud computing, and modern technology delivery practices.\nExperience supporting platform adoption, developer enablement, operational excellence, and organizational transformation initiatives.\nExperience establishing delivery governance, operational reviews, portfolio management, or enterprise planning practices.\nExperience working within regulated environments requiring strong security, governance, compliance, and risk management controls.\nPMP, PgMP, Scrum, SAFe, or comparable program management certifications.\n• Experience
