engineering, architecture, product, operations, and executive leadership teams.\nAll About You\nRequired Qualifications\n5-9 years of overall career experience leading large-scale technical programs and has played a TPM role.\nProven experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple engineering teams.\nStrong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, cloud-native architectures, and event-driven platforms.\nExperience managing large migration and modernization programs.\nStrong program planning, dependency management, and risk management skills.\nDemonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across organizations.\nStrong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities.\nExperience leading production readiness, release governance, and operational execution activities.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\nExperience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and platform engineering.\nExperience with Kafka, MQ, event-driven architectures, and high-volume transaction processing systems.\nKnowledge of observability platforms, operational controls, and resiliency patterns.\nExperience within financial services, payments, or highly regulated industries.\nPMP, SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent certification is a plus.\nRole\nDrive end-to-end execution of large, complex technology programs.\nEstablish clear program plans, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.\nLead planning, execution, release readiness, and production deployment activities.\nManage cross-functional delivery involving Engineering, Product, Architecture,\nSecurity, Infrastructure, and Operations teams.\nEnsure predictable delivery outcomes through proactive risk management and\nexecution discipline.\nDevelop a strong understanding of platform architecture, technical dependencies, and operational requirements.\nPartner with Engineering and Architecture teams to identify delivery risks and mitigation strategies.\nDrive technical readiness reviews, architecture reviews, migration programs, and operational preparedness activities.\nCoordinate large-scale platform initiatives including cloud migration, resilience improvements, infrastructure modernization, and product launches.\nServe as the single point of accountability for program status, risks, decisions, and escalations.\nBuild alignment across senior engineering leaders, architects, TPMs, product managers, and business stakeholders.\nDrive timely decisions and resolve competing priorities across multiple teams.\nProvide concise executive-level status reporting and decision support.\nProactively identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and blockers.\nEnsure operational readiness including monitoring, observability, deployment, rollback, and support procedures.\nLead war-room activities during critical incidents and drive post-incident learnings.\nEstablish governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms to improve delivery predictability.\nMentor TPMs and project leads across the organization.\nPromote program management best practices and execution rigor.\nDrive a culture of
