The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain application features and services with focus on code quality and reliability.\nWrite backend code using Java (17+), applying core Object-Oriented principles and basic design patterns.\nContribute to development of microservices and APIs using frameworks such as Spring Boot.\nImplement features based on defined requirements and solution designs, with guidance from senior engineers.\nParticipate in development within a CI/CD-enabled environment (e.g., PCF or similar cloud platforms).\nWork with data persistence technologies (RDBMS, NoSQL such as Cassandra) under guidance.\nFollow established coding standards, testing practices, and quality gates.\nDebug issues and contribute to defect resolution and system stability.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth project delivery.\nActively participate in Agile ceremonies and meet sprint commitments.\nContribute to Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and learning initiatives when required.\nSeek feedback, continuously learn, and adopt modern development and cloud practices.\nAll About You\n6 months to 1 year of overall career experience into Software Engineering in Java Full Stack\nPassion for software engineering with foundational Full Stack or Backend development skills.\nGood understanding of Java and Spring Boot fundamentals.\nBasic awareness of microservices and event-driven architecture concepts.\nExposure to real-time or online systems development is an advantage.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD concepts and version control tools.\nKnowledge of databases (RDBMS and/or NoSQL such as Cassandra).\nExposure to cloud platforms (e.g., PCF) and digital-native architectures is desirable.\nStrong learning ability with a mindset to quickly grasp and apply new
