They actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that drive business value and exceptional customer experiences.\nWhat You Will Do\nDesign and develop modern web applications using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and related technologies.\nTranslate product and business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure technical solutions.\nDevelop responsive, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces that provide exceptional user experiences across devices.\nDesign, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.\nDesign and optimize data models using MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB based on application requirements.\nDevelop modular, reusable, and maintainable software components following engineering best practices.\nParticipate in software architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.\nCreate and maintain automated unit, integration, functional, and end-to-end tests.\nApply secure coding practices and proactively address security, privacy, and compliance requirements.\nConduct code reviews and contribute to engineering standards, quality initiatives, and knowledge sharing.\nTroubleshoot application, performance, database, and production issues using structured root cause analysis techniques.\nMonitor, maintain, and support applications in production environments with a focus on reliability and operational excellence.\nOptimize application performance across frontend, backend, APIs, and database layers.\nCollaborate with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams to deliver business capabilities.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and continuous delivery activities.\nResearch emerging technologies, frameworks, AI-assisted development tools, and engineering practices to improve team productivity and product quality.\nAll About You\nStrong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.\nHands-on experience developing applications using React and modern frontend ecosystems.\nExperience building backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.js or similar frameworks.\nStrong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design principles, and frontend performance optimisation.\nExperience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating third-party services.\nSolid understanding of relational databases including MySQL and PostgreSQL.\nExperience working with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.\nUnderstanding of database design, indexing strategies, query optimisation, and data modelling.\nExperience with source control systems such as Git and modern collaborative development workflows.\nStrong understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and common design patterns.\nExperience creating automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.\nKnowledge of cloud platforms and cloud-native application development concepts.\nUnderstanding of observability practices including logging, monitoring, tracing, and alerting.\nStrong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience participating in code reviews and mentoring junior engineers.\nExposure to containerisation technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes is a plus.\nExperience or exposure to AI-assisted development tools, AI-powered applications, autonomous agents, or agentic workflows.\nAgile Scrum development experience.\n• Strong communication,
