understanding of data structures & algorithms and their space & time complexities\n* Excellent hands-on and practical working experience with Java\n* Excellent coding skills - should be able to convert design into code fluently\n* Strong technical aptitude and a good knowledge of CS fundamentals\n* Write modular, extensible, readable, maintainable, and performant code\n* Focus on code quality, writing unit test cases, and considerations towards choosing the right data structure\n* Collaborate with teams by contributing to the shared vision and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders\n* You will be responsible for the APIs you and/or your team build and will support them through to production\n* Leverage **Generative AI and AI-assisted development tools** to improve software development productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and problem-solving\n* Effectively use **GitHub Copilot** for code generation, code completion, refactoring, debugging, unit test creation, documentation, and development assistance\n* Apply **prompt engineering techniques** to effectively interact with AI coding assistants and obtain accurate, maintainable, and context-aware solutions\n* Review, validate, and optimize AI-generated code to ensure it meets security, performance, scalability, maintainability, and coding standards\n* Use AI-assisted development responsibly while maintaining appropriate developer ownership, code review, testing, and quality controls\n* Stay current with emerging **AI/ML, Generative AI, LLM, and AI-powered software engineering
