This role reports to the Director of Project Management and partners closely with Technical Program Managers (TPMs), Product Managers, and Engineering teams.\nRole:\nSupport delivery across multiple Scrum teams and products, starting with established products and enhancements.\nHelp plan and coordinate work across engineering, product, and partner teams such as BizOps and Infrastructure.\nTrack timelines, dependencies, risks, and overall delivery health, and escalate issues when needed.\nContribute to consistent program operations by supporting governance, intake, and release processes, and helping ensure teams follow established standards.\nOperate within an Agile environment, supporting team execution and alignment around priorities and delivery expectations.\nFacilitate clear communication across teams and support stakeholder updates alongside Product Managers.\nContribute to broader program activities such as all-hands and engineering demos.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen how teams work together.\nAll About You:\nStrong interest in technology and a desire to build foundational program management skills; bonus if you're interested in marketing technology and data!\nHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to track multiple priorities and keep work moving forward.\nClear and effective communicator, comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nCurious, motivated, and open to feedback and coaching.\nCollaborative mindset, with the ability to build strong working relationships across teams.\nComfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.\nAbility to manage work independently while also partnering closely with others for guidance and alignment.\nStrong analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret information and translate it into actionable insights.\nRelevant technical exposure through coursework, projects, or an internship.\nExposure to Agile ways of working, or interest in learning Agile delivery practices.\n• Experience with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Confluence, or Jira is a plus.Mastercard is a merit-based, inclusive, equal opportunity employer that considers applicants without regard to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disabled or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
