operating enterprise-scale software platforms.\nStrong understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, APIs, event-driven platforms, and modern application development practices.\nExperience leading large-scale technology modernization and digital transformation initiatives.\nDemonstrated success delivering complex business-critical platforms in highly regulated or mission-critical environments.\nStrong track record of building, mentoring, and developing high-performing engineering teams.\nExperience managing large technology portfolios, budgets, and strategic
