The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and managing financial records. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nGeneral Accounting: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and trial balances. \nAccounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee daily accounting activities, such as processing invoices, payments, and receipts. \nBank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of accounts. \nFinancial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements. \nTaxation: Support in filing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws. \nAudit Preparation: Prepare financial data for audits, ensuring adherence to accounting principles and internal controls. \nExpense Tracking: Monitor and analyze company expenses and suggest cost-saving measures. \nBudgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting, providing timely financial information to management. \nCompliance: Ensure all accounting practices are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. \nMIS Reporting\n\nQualifications\n\n3-4 years of proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar accounting role, with hands-on experience in managing company accounts. \nStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. \nKnowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax-related procedures. \nAbility to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. \nStrong communication and interpersonal skills. \n\nAdditional Information\n\nWhat you get:\n\nA competitive package and a chance to participate in a life altering business plan that will fundamentally disrupt and change one of the largest industry segments in India and the world.\n\nAdditional information\n\nWHY US \n\nYou'll be surrounded by passionate team members. \nOpportunity to experience startup culture. \nYou'll experience true collaboration. \nYour work has a visible impact. \nOpportunities for innovation. \n\nLocation: Procapitus Business Park, D Block, Noida Sec -
