pieces.\n\nWork within multiple client brand style guides at once, keeping each brand accurate and distinct.\n\nArt direct in certain scenarios, guiding the visual approach for a project or campaign.\n\nIndependently bring fresh new ideas to client work.\n\nPlan and prioritize a large number of concurrent projects under deadline pressure.\n\nFigure out things you’ve never done before and troubleshoot quickly when problems come up.\n\nBe scrappy with resources to deliver high-quality work on tight timelines.\n\nTake in constructive feedback and revise work quickly and well.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nMotion work is delivered on schedule, on brand, and ready for client review with minimal rounds of revision.\n\nClients and internal teams see your work move audiences to action and raise the creative standard across accounts.\n\nRequired\n2+ years of commercial agency experience.\n\nProficiency in After Effects\n\nFast and good: high-quality output at a high pace.\n\nA digital-native mindset and a passion for solving design problems.\n\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.\n\nHandles constructive criticism well.\n\nPreferred\nWorking knowledge of Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, Audition, and Premiere.\n\nDegree in design (BFA, BS, or BDes preferred).\n\nExperience art directing
