It actively seeks opportunities for improvement to ensure maximum company performance. It works with other team members to create and maintain a safe, organized working environment/culture that meets/exceeds MAT HD-Rome facility standards and customer expectations.\nPrinciple Responsibilities\nOperates equipment in the most efficient manner possible, constantly seeking new improvements to increase production and quality levels.\nTroubleshoots equipment when any errors occur to find the cause of the problem and to seek ways to prevent the error from reoccurring.
