Their secondary job function will include material handling certification for MAT and Temporary employees, as well as primary job function training in their area of expertise.\nPrinciple Responsibilities\nAdhere to preferred methods for inbound, inventory, or outbound process\nMust be able to lift 30-50 pounds.\nMaintain a safe and clean work environment\nComply with all safety, security, and company policies and procedures.\n Competencies\nQuality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Applies feedback to improve performance; Monitors own work to ensure quality.\nQuantity - Meets productivity standards; Completes work promptly; Strives to increase productivity; Works quickly.\nSafety and Security - Observe safety and security procedures, determine appropriate action beyond guidelines, report potentially unsafe conditions, and use equipment and materials properly.\nAdaptability - Adapts to changes in the work environment; Manages competing demands; Changes approach or method to best fit the situation; Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.\nAttendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time; Ensures work responsibilities are covered;\nDependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction, takes responsibility for own actions, Keeps commitments, and commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals.
