As our Odoo Delivery Manager, you’ll ensure it runs smoothly, evolves with our needs, and supports every team in delivering high-impact scientific work. You’ll be the bridge between business stakeholders and developers, making sure improvements are delivered on time, to spec, and with minimal disruption.\nRequirements\nDelivery & Project Management\nOwn the end-to-end delivery pipeline: maintenance, enhancements, bug fixes, and new features.\n\nManage and prioritise the Asana board, ensuring clarity and business value alignment.\n\nCoordinate part-time/freelance developers, tracking timelines, risks, and dependencies.\n\nMaintain a living roadmap of ERP improvements.\n\nRequirement Gathering & Solution Design\nCapture, refine, and translate stakeholder needs into actionable developer tasks.\n\nAnalyse workflows to ensure solutions align with operational processes.\n\nDefine acceptance criteria and validate all deliverables.\n\nChallenge unnecessary customisations, favouring standard Odoo features.\n\nQuality Assurance\nPlan and execute QA cycles for all developments.\n\nConduct functional tests, validate data flows, and oversee UAT sign-offs.\n\nTrack and resolve defects promptly.\n\nDocumentation & Training\nMaintain clear records of workflows, configurations, and customisations.\n\nCreate user guides and quick-reference materials.\n\nDeliver training sessions to improve adoption and efficiency.\n\nCommunication & Reporting\nAct as the go-to person for all ERP-related topics.\n\nCommunicate project updates, risks, and changes to stakeholders.\n\nProvide regular reports on backlog health, delivery progress, and system performance.\n\nWhat You Bring:\n3+ years managing ERP systems (ideally Odoo v16-18 on Odoo.sh).\n\nStrong understanding of CRM, Sales, Accounting, Helpdesk, Inventory, Purchase, and Manufacturing modules.\n\nExperience with Odoo Studio, reporting tools, and integrations\n\nSkilled in defining requirements, acceptance criteria, and QA processes.\n\nProficient with Asana (or similar) for managing software delivery.\n\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate tech to business terms.\n\nFluent in English. Both written and spoken.\n\nFamiliarity with workflow optimisation and process mapping.\n\nRemote, cross-time-zone collaboration experience.\n\nExperience with Biotech, life sciences, or the manufacturing industry is a plus.\n\nWhat We Offer\nA competitive hourly rate ranging from €30 to €50, commensurate with experience and location.\n\nFully Remote\n\nFlexible part-time schedule.\n\nFirst year 8-16 hrs/week.
