TeamはPairs本体の機能開発を支えるマイクロサービス・関連コンポーネント等の基盤の提供や、アプリケーションセキュリティ・開発生産性・品質の改善などの遂行等を通して、堅牢で拡張性のある基盤を構築し、Pairsをより成長に導くことを目的にしています。\nPlatform Teamはユーザー向けに直接的な機能の提供・開発は行いませんが、職責上、開発組織が幅広い分野でエンジニアリングを活かした活躍をする事が可能です。\nWhat You’ll Do:\n・機能開発において汎用的に利用するマイクロサービスの開発\n・ユーザー向けの直接的なフィーチャー開発を主とするプロダクトバックエンドチームと協調した品質改善や開発効率改善\n・SREチームと協調したインフラレイヤーと協調する応答性能やスループットの改善\n・中規模以上(半年〜)の期間が必要となるミドルウェアのアップデートや汎用的に利用する基盤開発\n・セキュリティチームと協調したアプリケーションセキュリティの向上の取り組み\nこれらの取り組みを通じて、エンジニアとして多岐にわたる経験を積みながら、プロダクトと開発組織を共に強化する機会を得られます。\nBasic Qualifications:\n開発効率改善やパフォーマンス改善やセキュリティ対応等に強い意欲を持つ事\n\n関係者を効果的に巻き込み、成果を上げるためのオーナーシップとコミュニケーションスキル\n\nAI周りのキャッチアップ・学習意欲がある・Coding Agentを使って開発した経験\n\n3年以上の商用アプリケーションの実装・リリース・運用の経験\n\nAWS/Google CloudなどのPublic Cloud上で動作する商用のWebAPIを構築した経験\n\n各種テスト手法についての構築・設計経験\n\nWebアプリケーションの商用コンテナイメージの作成〜運用の経験 (dockerfileや必要なmiddlewareのinstallなど)\n\nNginx, MySQLなどWebアプリケーションによく用いられるミドルウェアについての最低限の知識\n\n日本語：ビジネスレベル以上・英語：会話レベル以上\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n大規模データ・アクセス数を前提としたスケーラビリティをもったデータベース・アプリケーションの設計経験・知識\n\nTraceやprofilerを利用したレイテンシやスループットなどの改善経験\n\nAI開発支援ツールを活用した開発フロー・コード品質・ドキュメント作成・チームの生産性向上に取り組んだ経験\n\nAI開発支援ツールの活用をチームの開発プロセスに定着させるため、利用方針・開発ガイドライン・ワークフローの整備・改善をリードした経験\n\nコンテナ環境におけるアプリケーションのデプロイスクリプトやdockerfileの構築\n\nAWS/Google
