The right candidate brings a strong visual point of view, an instinct for what feels current, and the range to execute at a high level across a wide variety of formats and surfaces.\nIn this role you will:\nOwn campaign lockups and serve as the brand guideline guardian, ensuring visual consistency across all marketing touchpoints for the US territory\nDesign across social and content - from end cards and branded campaign assets to quick-turn reactive creative, keeping the brand's voice sharp across video and organic channels.\nProduce reactive social creative and quick-turn design requests\nDesign and iterate on user acquisition (UA) creative for paid media testing (static, animation, video edit)\nOwn preparation and management of app screen assets in Figma for agency partners, and help build stronger process and consistency around this workflow\nReview the full range of brand outputs - OOH, merch, events collateral, signage, board decks, PR assets, and press visuals, ensuring the brand shows up with craft and consistency at every touchpoint.\nDesign campaign microsites for major moments and seasonal activations and work with internal legal, security, IT, engineer partners to deploy.\nYou’ll need:\nBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field\n3-5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in-house at a tech or lifestyle brand\nExperience designing for paid/performance channels (UA creative, ASO, banners) as well as brand-led work\nA portfolio that demonstrates strong typography, layout, and brand storytelling across multiple formats and mediums\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma;
