Summary:\nオンラインデーティングアプリ「Pairs（ペアーズ）」の高速な開発と品質向上の両立を実現する、テストエンジニアリングの責任者を募集します。\nAIエージェントの活用による開発の高速化は、すでに業界全体で一般化しつつあります。\n同時に高速化し続ける開発に対して、開発速度を落とさずにどのように継続して品質を担保し続けるか、\nはこれまで以上に重要な課題になると考えています。\n私たちは現在、自動テストと継続的なフィードバックを開発プロセスに組み込み、変更による影響や品質上の問題を早期に検知できる環境を整えることで、開発者だけでなく、AIエージェントも品質を確認しながら自律的に開発を進められる状態を目指しています。\nその実現には、自動テストと継続的なフィードバックを開発プロセスに組み込み、開発者だけでなく、AIエージェントも変更による影響や品質上の問題を早期に検知し、修正につなげられる環境が欠かせません。\nまた、継続的な改善にはテストカバレッジ、テストの実行状況、不具合の検知率、本番への不具合流出、インシデントの発生状況などを継続的に計測し、開発速度と品質の状態を定量的に把握する事も必要です。\n本ポジションには、全社のQuality Engineering戦略を策定するとともに、自動テストや品質可視化の基盤を自ら設計・実装し、各開発チームが日々の開発の中で自律的に品質を高められる体制を構築する事から始まり、\n将来的には、Product Managerや開発チームと連携し、プロダクトにとって重要な品質を整理したうえで、その状態を捉えるシグナルやメトリクスを設計し、継続的な改善につなげていくことを期待しています。\nWhat You’ll Do:\n全社のQuality Engineering戦略を策定し、AIエージェントを活用した開発において、開発速度を落とすことなく品質を担保できる開発環境を構築する\n自動テスト基盤、テストデータ、CI/CDへの品質チェック、継続的なフィードバックの仕組みを設計・実装する\n開発者だけでなく、AIエージェントが変更の影響や品質上の問題を検知し、修正につなげられる環境を整備する\nテストカバレッジ、テスト実行状況、不具合検知率、本番への不具合流出、インシデントなどを継続的に計測し、開発速度と品質の状態を可視化する\n品質上の課題やボトルネックをデータから特定し、開発プロセス、テスト戦略、アーキテクチャ、ツールの改善につなげる\n各開発チームと連携し、チーム自身が日々の開発の中で自律的に品質を高められるプロセスと運用を定着させる\nテスト自動化や品質基盤に関する技術選定、設計、実装、レビューをHands-onでリードする\nQuality Engineeringに関わるメンバーの育成、目標設定、評価、採用などのチームマネジメントを担う\nProduct Managerや開発チームと連携し、プロダクトにとって重要な品質を整理し、その状態を捉えるシグナルやメトリクスの設計を推進する\nBasic Qualifications:\nソフトウェアエンジニア、SET、SDET、QA Engineer、Quality Engineerなどとして、ソフトウェア開発またはテスト自動化に携わった経験\nWebアプリケーション、モバイルアプリケーション、バックエンドシステムのいずれかにおけるテスト設計・実装経験\n単体テスト、結合テスト、E2Eテスト、APIテストなど、複数レイヤーのテスト自動化に関する知識と実務経験\nCI/CDパイプラインへの自動テストや品質チェックの組み込み経験プログラミング言語を用いて、テスト基盤、開発ツール、業務システムなどを設計・実装できる能力\n\nテストカバレッジ、不具合、インシデント、リリース品質などのデータを分析し、改善につなげた経験\n複数の開発チームやステークホルダーを巻き込み、技術的・組織的な改善を推進した経験\nエンジニアリングチームまたはQuality Engineeringチームのマネジメント経験\n日本語での円滑なコミュニケーション能力\nPreferred
