Learn more at www.matchretail.com\nAs an assisted sales representative you will be assigned to a single store location on a full-time basis for the duration of this contract. In this role you will be promoting our brand’s products to consumers while communicating key messaging and driving brand awareness for their lineup of television and audio products. You will be responsible for actively selling to consumers to the point where the sale is handed off to a store associate to complete, while also offering training advice to store associates, and assisting existing consumers with any questions or concerns they are having with our brand’s products!\nThe goal of this position is to grow sales and market share within the assigned store location. Results will be measured weekly, and everyone will have a target to achieve for the duration of the contract. Bonus incentives will be available depending on target attainment.\nResponsibilities:\nEngage with consumers as the first point of contact\nPromote the range of home electronics products\nDemonstrate products to drive excitement and awareness\nWork in partnership with the store sales team and leadership team to build strong relationships\nComfortable with the latest technology in televisions and home audio\nMeet with your local field sales trainer and keep them informed of all happenings at the store\nQualifications:\n3+ years of Sales Experience\nExperience in consumer electronics preferred\nPrior retail leadership experience an asset\nExcellent communication skills\nExtensive knowledge of the consumer electronics industry is an asset\nFull time availability each week (shifts Wednesday through Sunday - weekdays afternoon/evenings, and weekends morning/afternoon)\nOutgoing and engaging\nTech Savvy\nExperience with target attainment and setting goals and objectives\nMust be able to be stand for a long period of time \nInterview Process\nOur recruitment process is structured and transparent, with candidates assessed consistently against role-related criteria.\nStep 1: Qualified candidates complete an initial phone or virtual interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist.Step 2: Shortlisted candidates participate in a phone or virtual interview with the Hiring Manager.Step 3: Selected candidates attend an in-person or virtual interview with the Hiring Manager and relevant team members.\nAI Disclosure\nWe use AI-assisted tools to help screen resumes for key skills and minimum requirements relevant to the role.
