Operating within a structured yet progressive environment, the organization empowers its learning professionals to design impactful development programs that strengthen workforce capability and support future business expansion.\n\nJob Role\nThe Learning Design & Program Development Coordinator will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of strategic learning initiatives that enhance employee capability, leadership readiness, and organizational performance.\nReporting directly to the Learning Center Manager, this role oversees a team of learning instructors while managing the complete learning lifecycle, from training needs analysis and instructional design through implementation and program evaluation. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing competency-based learning programs, leadership development initiatives, digital learning projects, and organizational culture programs aligned with business priorities.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the end-to-end instructional design process using the ADDIE methodology, including Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation.\n\nDesign and develop competency development, performance improvement, and leadership development programs aligned with organizational objectives.\n\nCoordinate digital learning initiatives, Learning Management System (LMS) implementation, and instructor capability development.\n\nDesign and execute organizational culture internalization programs to strengthen employee engagement and company values.\n\nManage collaboration programs with educational institutions and external learning partners while ensuring quality standards are maintained.\n\nDevelop and implement knowledge management initiatives to support organizational learning and knowledge sharing.\n\nCoordinate talent development, succession planning, and leadership pipeline programs.\n\nSupervise and coach a team of learning instructors to ensure effective program delivery and continuous improvement.\n\nConduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and evaluate learning effectiveness through measurable performance indicators.\n\nCollaborate with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives support organizational priorities.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's Degree in Management, Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or other related disciplines.\n\nProfessional certification in Training & Development, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or related fields is an advantage.\n\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training & Development, or Corporate Learning functions.\n\nMinimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing the complete training lifecycle.\n\nPrevious experience within Human Resources consulting or corporate learning environments is highly preferred.\n\nStrong hands-on experience in instructional design, leadership development, competency development, and soft skills training.\n\nProven expertise in applying the ADDIE methodology throughout the learning development process.\n\nStrong understanding of Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Competency Management, Learning Evaluation, and Knowledge Management.\n\nExperience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning initiatives is highly preferred.\n\nDemonstrated project management and people management capabilities, including supervising learning instructors and coordinating multiple learning projects.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.\n\nProfessional proficiency in English for business communication.\n\nStrong leadership, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.\n\nHigh level of integrity, confidence, professionalism, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.\n\nWillingness to travel domestically as required to support learning programs and business operations.\n\nJob Code:
