Acting as a Technical Lead or Project Manager, this role is responsible for translating business requirements into scalable AI solutions while collaborating with clients, global engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.\nBeyond technical delivery, this position plays a key role in mentoring AI engineers, driving technical innovation, evaluating emerging AI technologies, and contributing to the organization's AI capabilities and solution portfolio.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead enterprise AI projects as a Technical Lead or Project Manager across Generative AI, Computer Vision, Predictive AI, and analytics initiatives.\n\nAnalyze client business challenges and design scalable AI solution architectures that address technical and commercial requirements.\n\nDevelop AI implementation strategies, conduct technical assessments, and prepare solution proposals for enterprise clients.\n\nCollaborate with global engineering teams, technology partners, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout project delivery.\n\nResearch, evaluate, and apply emerging AI technologies to continuously enhance solution capabilities.\n\nMentor and provide technical guidance to AI engineers while supporting team capability development.\n\nContribute to AI knowledge sharing, technical assets, best practices, and internal capability-building initiatives.\n\nSupport business development activities by presenting AI capabilities and technical solutions to prospective clients.\n\nCandidate Requirements\nBachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.\n\n6-8 years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI solution development.\n\nProven experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise AI solutions.\n\nHands-on expertise in Generative AI, Computer Vision (Image AI), Predictive Analytics, or Big Data Analytics.\n\nExperience leading AI projects as a Technical Lead, Project Manager, or equivalent leadership role.\n\nStrong understanding of modern AI technologies including LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, or related AI frameworks is highly preferred.\n\nExperience with cloud-based AI development environments and enterprise system integration is an advantage.\n\nFamiliarity with NVIDIA AI technologies (CUDA, NeMo, NIM), MLOps, AIOps, or AI Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives is highly desirable.\n\nExcellent client communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.\n\nBusiness-level Japanese proficiency is mandatory.\n\nProfessional proficiency in English is required for collaboration with global teams.\n\nCandidates eligible for relocation and visa
