Matchmade is a modern matchmaking service helping South Asian singles find meaningful relationships. We're growing fast - 85+ active clients, a founder-led team, and a waitlist that keeps growing. We're hiring a Matchmaker & Accounts Manager to own client relationships end-to-end and help build the systems that let us scale without losing the personal touch.

What you'll own

• High-touch client relationships from onboarding through successful matches
• Deep research and curated match shortlists (using AI tools like Claude)
• Renewal and upsell conversations
• Operational systems, SOPs, and workflow improvements as we scale

What we're looking for

• Experience in account management, customer success, or client services
• Comfortable in fast-paced, early-stage environments
• Strong written communication, emotional intelligence, and ownership mindset
• Proficient with AI tools
• Bonus: familiarity with South Asian culture and diaspora dynamics

You'll work directly with the founder with a fast path to leadership as the team grows.
