The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience designing scalable backend services, developing modern frontend applications, and delivering reliable, production-grade solutions in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience working on large-scale distributed systems and real-time applications is highly valued. Prior experience within a leading technology company or familiarity with similar large-scale platform ecosystems is strongly preferred to enable rapid onboarding and accelerated delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nBackend Development\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python.\nBuild, optimize, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.\nDevelop and support real-time communication systems using WebSockets.\nEnsure high performance, reliability, security, and scalability of backend systems.\nWork with SQL and NoSQL databases, caching systems, and distributed architectures.\nDrive performance tuning, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.\nFrontend Development\nDesign and develop high-quality web applications using React.js.\nBuild reusable UI components and frontend libraries for scalable development.\nImplement responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces.\nOptimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.\nIntegrate frontend applications with backend services and real-time data streams.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.\nParticipate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews.\nWrite clean, maintainable, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code.\nMentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n6+ years of professional software engineering experience.\nStrong proficiency in Python and backend application development.\nExpert-level experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).\nHands-on experience building REST APIs and microservices architectures.\nSolid understanding of WebSockets and real-time application development.\nExperience with HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development practices.\nExperience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.\nFamiliarity with caching technologies such as Redis or Memcached.\nStrong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and high-availability architectures.\nExperience building, deploying, and maintaining production-grade applications.\nStrong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.\nExcellent problem-solving and communication abilities.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrior experience at a leading technology company (strongly preferred).\nExperience with Fusion.js or similar modern frontend frameworks.\nFamiliarity with internal platform standards and large-scale engineering environments.\nExperience with cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.\nKnowledge of observability, monitoring, and reliability engineering practices.\nWhat
