Acts as the technical lead and Level III/IV escalation point for wireless across multiple sites.\n\nKey responsibilities\nOwn the wireless architecture (HLD/LLD, topologies, golden config standards)\nDeploy and migrate sites to regional C9800 controllers in FlexConnect mode\nRun predictive and on-site surveys, and validate BoMs\nLead complex troubleshooting and Cisco TAC cases\nPlan and execute changes, upgrades, and hypercare handover to operations\nTrain and mentor operations teams and partners\n\nRequired knowledge and skills\nControllers: Catalyst 9800 (IOS-XE) with its tag and profile model (policy, site, and RF tags, Flex profiles), HA SSO and N+1\nFlexConnect: local switching, central vs. local authentication, VLAN mapping, standalone/WAN-failure behavior, CAPWAP over WAN\nRF: 802.11a/g/n/ac/ax (Wi-Fi 6), RRM, channel and power planning, roaming\nSecurity: 802.1X, RADIUS/TACACS+, Cisco ISE, digital certificates\nSite survey: Ekahau (Sidekick) and AirMagnet\nLAN/WAN: Catalyst switching (VLAN, STP/RSTP, HSRP, StackWise), OSPF, BGP, and SD-WAN basics for AP-to-controller reachability\nOperations: ITIL change and incident practice, strong documentation\nLanguages: fluent English;\n\nPreferred\nCCNP Enterprise/Wireless (or equivalent experience)\nC9800-CL in public cloud (AWS/Azure)\nCatalyst Center (DNA Center) assurance\nPython/DevNet automation\nCisco Meraki\nExperience: 5+ years in enterprise networking, including 2+ in Cisco wireless design and Level III+ support in multi-site or global
