Applicants should have strategic procurement expertise, and have experience working in highly regulated manufacturing or engineering environment.\nWorking closely with Engineering, Quality, Production and Supply Chain teams, the Category Manager will be responsible for supplier performance management, contract negotiation, new supplier introduction and ensuring continuity of supply in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.\nSpecific duties of the Category Manager - Electronics include:\nDevelop and implement sourcing strategies for electronic commodity groups.\nBuild and manage strategic supplier relationships to support business objectives and long-term supply chain resilience.\nNegotiate pricing, lead times, contracts and commercial agreements with suppliers.\nIdentify, evaluate and onboard new suppliers in line with business requirements and category strategies.\nDrive supplier performance improvement through reviews, audits, corrective actions and development plans.\nWork closely with Engineering and Quality teams supporting NPI activities, and resolving supplier-related technical, quality and delivery issues.\nProvide accurate supplier pricing and lead-time information to support customer quotations and business growth.\nMonitor market trends, supplier capacity and supply chain risks to support informed sourcing decisions.\nCategory Manager -
