Agreements\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead complex procurement exercises from strategy development through to contract award.\nManage NEC-based procurement activities, ensuring robust commercial and contractual outcomes.\nDevelop and implement category and sourcing strategies aligned to organisational objectives.\nDeliver commercial negotiations with suppliers and stakeholders.\nBuild strong relationships with senior business leaders, project teams and suppliers.\nSupport infrastructure and asset-related programmes through effective procurement planning and contract management.\nManage supplier performance, risk and contract governance.\nWork closely with legal teams on contract drafting, negotiation and implementation.\nDrive best practice procurement and commercial governance across the organisation.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to influence strategic procurement decisions, engage with senior stakeholders, and deliver tangible value across a large and complex organisation.\nKey Requirements:\nSignificant procurement and commercial management experience.\nExperience managing high-value and complex service-based procurements.\nStrong background within Corporate Services procurement.\nExperience procuring Facilities Management services.\nExperience with Fleet Management, transport or vehicle-related categories.\nProven track record managing NEC contracts.\nInfrastructure, engineering or capital project procurement experience.\nStrong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. \nCommercial negotiation and contract management expertise.\nExperience using SAP Ariba or similar eProcurement platforms.\nKnowledge of framework management and supplier relationship management.\nExperience operating within a regulated or public
