Based in Glenrothes, this 12-month fixed-term contract offers hybrid working with three days per week on site. \nWorking within the PMO and reporting to the IBP Lead, you will manage cross-functional projects involving process redesign, systems implementation, operating model change and governance improvement. You will support UK readiness for a future enterprise resource planning transformation, ensuring projects deliver measurable benefits and align with established project management frameworks.\nKey Responsibilities:\nTake full accountability for assigned transformation initiatives from mobilisation to implementation and handover\nDevelop and maintain project plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, benefits and resources\nLead cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear ownership and accountability\nManage project governance, reporting and assurance in line with organisational standards\nIdentify, assess and mitigate delivery risks, escalating issues where appropriate\nDrive stakeholder engagement across operational, functional and leadership teams\nSupport process standardisation, system implementation, operating model redesign and capability improvement\nPrepare and present clear updates for senior stakeholders, steering committees and programme boards\nJob Requirements:\nProven experience as a Transformation Delivery Manager or Project Manager delivering complex projects end to end\nExperience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders within complex, matrixed environments\nStrong experience delivering process, systems or operating model change\nExcellent planning, organisation and execution skills with a focus on measurable outcomes\nAbility to work autonomously, take ownership and drive delivery with limited supervision\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, including confidence engaging with senior leaders\nExperience producing high-quality project documentation, reporting and governance materials\nFormal project management training or certification, with eligibility for relevant project management tier certification\nDesirable Experience:\nExperience delivering transformation within large, regulated or complex organisations\nExposure to enterprise resource planning, planning tools or data platform implementations\nExperience working within a formal enterprise PMO or governance framework\nUnderstanding of change management and supporting the adoption of new processes and systems\nBackground in manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, defence or technology environments\nAbility to bring structure to under-defined initiatives and work effectively with senior transformation leaders\nBenefits:\n25 days' holiday plus statutory public holidays, with the option to buy or sell additional days\nContributory pension scheme\nDiscretionary company bonus scheme\nLife assurance and enhanced sick pay\nFlexible benefits, including health cash plan, dental cover and cycle-to-work schemes\nEnhanced maternity, paternity and shared parental leave policies\n37-hour working week with an early Friday finish\nHybrid and flexible working opportunities, plus paid volunteering days\nThis role is full-time at 37 hours per week and requires eligibility for Security Check clearance.
