Fully remote, the position will support a website re-platforming programme by ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy and clear performance visibility across digital and eCommerce channels.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDeliver regular digital performance reporting and insights across multiple regions and business units\nAnalyse online trading trends, customer behaviour, conversion performance and digital journeys\nDevelop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI\nUse Google Analytics 4 to assess website performance, customer activity and conversion trends\nSupport technical and business teams throughout the website re-platforming programme\nAssist with the implementation, integration and optimisation of data solutions in Databricks\nInvestigate data discrepancies, tracking issues and reporting anomalies, identifying root causes and suitable resolutions\nValidate data flows and platform integrations while translating complex datasets into actionable business recommendations\nJob Requirements:\nExperience in digital insights, web analytics or a similar data analysis role\nStrong hands-on knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Databricks and Power BI\nExperience supporting large-scale digital transformation or website re-platforming projects\nUnderstanding of digital performance metrics, online trading and conversion optimisation\nStrong troubleshooting and investigative skills, with the ability to resolve data and reporting issues\nFamiliarity with data engineering, ETL processes or cloud-based analytics platforms\nExperience with website migrations, tagging implementations or analytics platform integrations\nExcellent stakeholder communication, presentation and report-writing skills\nRole Details:\nFully remote working arrangement\nShort-term contract opportunity\nRetail and eCommerce environment\nImmediate start preferred\nThis opportunity would suit a naturally curious and highly analytical Digital Insights Analyst who can work autonomously, quickly understand complex data environments and provide clear, data-driven recommendations during a period of significant change.
