organisational change across a global business.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign and develop high-quality digital learning solutions, including eLearning modules, blended learning assets, videos, job aids, assessments and performance support materials\nWork with stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyse learning needs and translate requirements into engaging, accessible and effective learning experiences\nApply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to improve knowledge retention, behavioural change and operational performance\nManage the end-to-end development lifecycle for digital learning projects, ensuring delivery to agreed timelines and quality standards\nMeasure learning effectiveness using learner feedback, completion data and business performance indicators to support continuous improvement\nSupport the localisation, translation and adaptation of learning content for global and multi-language audiences\nCollaborate with wider teams on learning campaigns, change initiatives and digital adoption programmes\nManage content within the Learning Management System, including uploading and assigning learning, and creating reports and dashboards\nEnsure learning content meets accessibility standards, compliance requirements, branding guidelines and internal governance processes\nJob Requirements:\nProven experience designing and developing digital learning solutions within a corporate environment\nStrong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles and learner engagement techniques\nExperience using digital authoring and design tools such as Elucidat, Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond or multimedia editing platforms\nExperience managing multiple digital learning projects and working with a range of stakeholders\nAbility to translate complex information into clear, engaging and accessible learning content\nExperience working with Learning Management Systems, preferably Cornerstone\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business functions and levels\nUnderstanding of accessibility standards and inclusive learning design principles\nExperience analysing learning effectiveness data and using insights to improve learning outcomes\nUnderstanding of global learning delivery across different business areas and operating
