With ongoing investment in research, development and next-generation technologies, they are continuing to expand their engineering capability and are seeking DSP Engineers at Engineer, Senior and Principal levels.\nThe Opportunity\nThis is an opportunity to join a highly skilled engineering team developing advanced signal processing solutions that sit at the core of modern communication technologies.\nYou will contribute to the design, modelling, simulation, implementation and optimisation of DSP algorithms used within complex wireless communication systems.\nWorking across the full development lifecycle, you will help solve challenging technical problems and play a key role in developing innovative new capabilities.\nThe organisation is open to candidates from a variety of signal processing backgrounds. Whilst communications experience would be advantageous, applications are welcomed from engineers with experience in other mathematically intensive DSP disciplines.\nDepending on your experience, opportunities exist to lead technical activities, mentor junior engineers, influence engineering strategy and contribute to the development of future product capabilities.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop and validate advanced digital signal processing algorithms.\nModel and simulate complex signal processing and communications systems.\nAnalyse system performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.\nDevelop innovative solutions to challenging engineering problems.\nWork collaboratively with software, hardware and systems engineering teams.\nSupport integration, verification and testing activities.\nProduce technical documentation and communicate findings to stakeholders.\nContribute to technology development and engineering best practice.\nMentor and support less experienced engineers (Senior and Principal levels).\nProvide technical leadership and direction on key projects (Principal level).\nSkills & Experience\nWe are interested in hearing from candidates with experience in some of the following areas:\nDigital Signal Processing (DSP)\nAlgorithm development and modelling\nMATLAB and/or Python\nStatistical signal processing\nSignal detection and estimation\nSynchronisation techniques\nModulation and coding\nChannel modelling and analysis\nPerformance simulation and evaluation\nApplied mathematics and complex systems analysis\nBeneficial Experience\nExposure to any of the following would be advantageous:\nC or C++ development\nEmbedded systems\nFPGA technologies\nVHDL or Verilog\nLinux-based development environments\nRF systems\nTest and measurement equipment\nHigh-reliability engineering environments\nAbout You\nYou will be an enthusiastic engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and working within a collaborative engineering environment.\nYou are likely to hold a degree in Electronic Engineering, Communications Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, supported by strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nCandidates applying at Senior or Principal level may already have experience leading technical activities, mentoring engineers,
