You will manage specialist electrical subcontractors, collaborate with multidisciplinary MEP site teams, and act as a primary point of contact for client representatives and global supply chain partners, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to Tier III/IV mission-critical quality standards.\nOpen to candidates willing to relocate to Frankfurt or work on an agreed site-rotation basis.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Execution & Site Management\n Package Leadership: Take full commercial, technical, and operational ownership of high-voltage (HV), medium-voltage (MV), low-voltage (LV), UPS, generator, containment, power distribution, and specialist electrical systems installations.\nSubcontractor & Resource Management: Direct, manage, and coordinate electrical subcontractors and specialist trades to ensure site progress aligns with the master construction schedule.\nSite Inspections & Quality Control: Perform regular site walks to enforce high quality, safety compliance, design specifications, and relevant international electrical codes.\nPlanning, Commercial & Cost Control\nProgram Management: Develop and maintain detailed electrical installation, resource, and procurement schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6.\nCommercial Oversight: Work alongside quantity surveyors and commercial managers to handle variations, monthly valuations, change orders, and sub-contractor accounts.\n Procurement & Supply Chain: Source and manage long-lead electrical plant and machinery (transformers, switchgear, UPS systems), coordinating deliveries to suit site logistics.\nTechnical Coordination & Client Relations\nDesign & Technical Review: Review electrical design drawings, technical submittals, and RFIs, working closely with BIM teams to resolve clashes and spatial coordination issues before site installation.\nStakeholder Management: Represent the company at client progress meetings, design reviews, and subcontractor coordination workshops.\n Testing, Commissioning & Handover: Oversee factory acceptance testing (FAT), integrated system testing (IST), commissioning procedures, and client sign-off in line with data centre reliability standards.\nKey Requirements & Qualifications\nLanguage Skills: Fluent / Professional Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required for managing site teams, technical documentation, and international client interfaces.
