This is a great opportunity to join a high profile renewable energy development and play a key role in ensuring safe, compliant, and high quality project execution.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor construction progress against programme and provide regular progress updates.\nVerify compliance with project specifications, drawings, approved procedures and RAMS.\nAssess quality of works against approved ITPs and inspection records.\nReview contractor documentation including RAMS, Traffic Management Plans and Construction Management Plans.\nSupport the Project Manager in the administration of EPC and ICP contract obligations.\nPrepare weekly site supervision reports covering progress, HSE statistics, labour and plant utilisation.\nConduct H&S audits, observations, and support CDM compliance activities.\nIdentify, log, and manage non-conformities (NCRs).\nCarry out snagging inspections and oversee resolution of defects.\nMonitor electrical commissioning and grid connection activities.\nSupport milestone verification and project acceptance activities.\nLiaise with contractors, project stakeholders, and environmental representatives.\nRequirements\nElectrical Engineering qualification.\nMinimum 3 years' relevant site based experience.\nStrong understanding of CDM Regulations and construction health & safety requirements.\nExperience supervising electrical installation activities within infrastructure, renewables, or energy projects.\nSolar PV project experience highly desirable, including:PV module installation\nMV stations\nCable installation and testing\nGrid connection works\nElectrical commissioning\n\nSMSTS, NEC4 Supervision Accreditation, or similar qualification.\nFull UK Driving Licence.\nAdditional Information\n40-hour working week.\nExpenses for
