corridors.\nKey Responsibilities:\nUsing ArcGIS Pro to model substations, underground cable routes and overhead line corridors\nApplying Spatial Analyst, Network Analyst, 3D Analyst and Utility Network tools to renewable energy and power infrastructure projects\nCarrying out spatial analysis, corridor routing, terrain profiling and constraint mapping\nManaging utility and network data, including the maintenance of geodatabases and as-built records\nApplying GIS principles to substation siting, cable trench and route design, and overhead line alignment\nProducing accurate maps, design drawings and technical information for project teams and stakeholders\nDeveloping Python and ArcPy automation tools for optimisation, quantity take-offs and drawing production\nWorking with engineering, surveying and development teams to support effective project delivery\nJob Requirements:\nSignificant experience using Esri ArcGIS, particularly ArcGIS Pro, within the utilities, energy, surveying or infrastructure sector\nAdvanced knowledge of Spatial Analyst, Network Analyst, 3D Analyst and Utility Network tools\nExperience in GIS-based spatial analysis for power infrastructure and renewable energy projects\nUnderstanding of electrical network design principles and their application within GIS\nPractical knowledge of substation siting, cable route and trench design, and overhead line alignment\nExperience managing geodatabases, utility network data and as-built records\nProficiency in Python and ArcPy, with the ability to develop automated GIS workflows and custom
