  • Analyse samples to establish links between production methods, materials, manufacturing indicators and potential sources of origin.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports, statements and findings to support internal stakeholders, law enforcement agencies and legal proceedings.
  • Manage, validate and analyse market research data, identifying trends, anomalies and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support compliance reporting activities, including data creation, uploads, cleansing and reporting.
  • Monitor Supply Chain Compliance Procedures (SCCP), ensuring compliance obligations are met across global markets.
  • Support the delivery and reporting of annual compliance training programmes and global completion metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records and seizure-related information in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal teams, external agencies, consultants, market research providers and law enforcement bodies.
  • Provide support for internal and external training activities.
  • Assist with customs procedures, exhibit handling, stock management, document retention and wider compliance activities.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience working within process-driven, regulated or quality-focused environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and database systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing positively within a collaborative team environment.
