This permanent role will play a central part in supporting the business as it operates as a standalone entity, with responsibility for group financial reporting, treasury, taxation, governance and financial controls.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the preparation and delivery of accurate monthly, quarterly and annual group financial statements\nOversee the consolidation of global financial results, including intercompany eliminations\nEnsure compliance with relevant accounting standards, including IFRS and GAAP\nDevelop and maintain effective financial controls, governance frameworks and risk management processes\nManage external audits and relationships with auditors, advisers, regulators and financial institutions\nOversee global cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, debt facilities and working capital\nLead foreign exchange risk management, hedging strategies, taxation compliance and transfer pricing activities\nDrive improvements across financial systems, ERP platforms, reporting processes and automation\nLeadership and Stakeholder Management:\nLead, mentor and develop a global finance team\nPartner with senior leadership to provide financial insight and strategic guidance\nSupport acquisition integration, restructuring and the development of scalable finance processes\nMonitor regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on the group\nIdentify and mitigate financial, treasury and tax risks across the organisation\nJob Requirements:\nQualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CPA or an equivalent qualification\nStrong experience in group financial reporting, consolidation and financial controls\nExpertise in treasury management, taxation, cash flow and working capital management\nIn-depth understanding of accounting standards and corporate governance requirements\nExperience leading and developing finance teams\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills\nStrong stakeholder management and communication abilities\nCommercial acumen, strategic thinking and a high level of attention to detail\nDesirable Experience:\nExperience supporting mergers and acquisitions, integration or business restructuring\nKnowledge of major ERP systems, such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics\nUnderstanding of financial and regulatory environments across multiple jurisdictions\nIf you
