This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or junior aviation professional to develop a career in regulatory compliance for unmanned aircraft operations, supporting future VLOS and BVLOS activities across a range of use cases and regulatory environments.\nKey Responsibilities:\nMonitor local, regional and international regulations, guidelines and standards relating to Open and Specific category drone operations\nSupport the development of airspace change requests, operational safety cases, SORA assessments and other regulatory submissions\nHelp develop and implement strategies to maintain regulatory compliance across uncrewed aviation operations\nAssist with the preparation of regulatory applications and supporting documentation\nSupport the development of airspace structures, including the use of mapping and GIS software\nTrack and monitor the progress of regulatory applications and related actions\nCoordinate with the Flight Operations team when planning future VLOS and BVLOS operations\nProvide support for safety investigations and risk management activities under the direction of the Safety Manager\nWork in accordance with company policies, procedures, safety standards and aviation safety requirements\nJob Requirements:\nDegree-level qualification, or equivalent experience, in aviation, regulation, safety or a related discipline\nAwareness of relevant regulatory frameworks, including UK Regulation (EU) 2019/947, CAP1616, SORA and FAA Part 107 regulations\nFamiliarity with drone technology, uncrewed aircraft operations and the evolving regulatory landscape\nStrong interest in aviation technology and the future of uncrewed aviation\nExperience with mapping or GIS software would be advantageous\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to listen, explain, influence and negotiate effectively\nStrong organisational skills, adaptability and a resourceful, solution-oriented approach\nAdditional Requirements:\nAbility to work collaboratively with regulatory, safety and flight operations teams\nWillingness to learn and develop new regulatory and technical skills\nAbility to travel internationally to EU and non-EU territories\nRight to work in the UK\nWillingness to complete vetting and security clearance where required by the role,
