This role offers hands-on experience in analytical chemistry, supporting day-to-day laboratory operations and contributing to the preparation and analysis of materials using fast-screening analytical tools.\nYou'll play a key role in maintaining lab efficiency, ensuring smooth operation of equipment, preparing samples, and supporting analytical workflows-all within a collaborative and innovation-driven environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare materials and samples for analysis using fast-screening tools and support analytical workflows.\n\nConduct sample registration, preparation, organisation, and storage-ensuring full traceability and compliance.\n\nSupport chemical methodology implementation, quality control routines, and day-to-day lab operations.\n\nPerform routine instrument maintenance, calibration, and quality checks.\n\nMaintain lab supplies, inventories, and ensure compliance with laboratory standards.\n\nUse internal systems to support planning activities and maintain accurate technical records.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nTechnical Experience:\nPractical experience in an analytical chemistry lab, ideally with exposure to chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques.\n\nUnderstanding of analytical routines, particularly involving LC (Liquid Chromatography) and spectroscopic tools such as NIR and FTIR.\n\nSkills and Attributes:\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement appropriate solutions.\n\nEffective communicator with good planning, organisation, and teamwork abilities.\n\nA self-starter who can work independently and adapt to changing priorities.\n\nAttention to detail and a proactive attitude toward improving lab processes.\n\nQualifications:\nA degree (minimum BSc preferred) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field.\n\nConfident user of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to work with internal databases.\n\nWhy Join Us?\nThis is a great opportunity to build practical skills in a high-functioning lab environment while contributing to innovative analytical projects.
