and operational HR support while ensuring the people strategy is closely aligned with wider business objectives.\nYou will take a proactive role in driving organisational performance, supporting leadership teams through change and ensuring the organisation continues to attract, develop and retain high-performing talent.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner closely with senior leaders to understand their business areas and translate priorities into effective people plans.\nProvide strategic HR advice and challenge to senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted and credible partner.\nLead on organisational design, workforce planning, succession planning and talent management.\nSupport leaders with complex employee relations and performance matters.\nDrive employee engagement and help create a high-performance culture.\nPartner with Talent Acquisition, Reward, Learning & Development and other specialist HR teams to deliver key people initiatives.\nCoach and support leaders to strengthen management capability and improve overall organisational effectiveness.\nUse people data and insights to identify trends and inform decision-making.\nSupport and lead business change and transformation initiatives.\nContribute to the development and delivery of the wider HR and people strategy.\nAbout You\nWe are looking for an experienced HR professional who is comfortable operating at pace and influencing at senior level.\nIdeally, you will bring:\nPrevious HR Business Partnering experience within Formula One or high-performance motorsport.\nA strong track record of partnering with senior leadership teams.\nExperience working within a complex, fast-paced and highly demanding environment.\nStrong stakeholder management, coaching and influencing skills.\nExperience across organisational design, talent, succession, employee relations and change.\nThe confidence to challenge senior stakeholders constructively and provide commercially focused HR advice.\nA pragmatic, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.\nStrong commercial awareness and the ability to understand the operational demands of a high-performance organisation.\nThe Opportunity\nThis is a fantastic
