They are looking for a hands-on Head of Engineering to lead the evolution of their internal technology capability across multiple investment platforms. This is not a traditional management role. You'll remain close to the technology, designing, building and deploying solutions while shaping the firm's technology roadmap and mentoring a growing team of developers.
