You will ensure teams are equipped with the right skills, resources and tools to deliver work packages successfully, while maintaining alignment with project objectives, schedules and budgets.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead, mentor and support engineers in their professional development and day-to-day activities\nFoster a positive team culture, promoting engagement, wellbeing and continuous improvement\nUnderstand project scope, deliverables, timelines and resource requirements to support successful project delivery\nCollaborate with project and engineering managers to assess team capacity and future resource needs\nProvide recommendations on skills development, recruitment and workforce planning\nEnsure project dependencies, facilities and technical requirements are identified and managed effectively\nSupport business growth activities by contributing to bids, estimates and proposals\nMonitor and maintain project schedules, budgets and engineering plans\nWork across multidisciplinary teams to identify and implement effective technical solutions\nEssential Requirements\nDegree qualification, or equivalent experience, in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline such as Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics or Mathematics\nProven experience within a Systems Engineering environment and across the engineering lifecycle\nExperience using industry-standard systems engineering and requirements management tools such as DOORS, Polarion, Enterprise Architect, Cameo, MATLAB and/or Simulink\nDemonstrated experience leading teams and making technical and/or managerial decisions\nStrong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills\nAbout the Team\nThe Systems Engineering function provides expertise across project planning, work package management, scheduling, resource allocation and engineering strategy.
