product performance and process efficiency.\nAnalyse manufacturing data and produce reports to support business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.\nProvide technical support to both internal and external stakeholders.\nInvestigate production issues and implement effective root cause and corrective actions.\nContribute to innovation and process improvement projects.\nSupport New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) initiatives.\nWork closely with production teams to resolve engineering and manufacturing challenges.\nMonitor and report on key performance indicators and manufacturing metrics.\nAssist in the development and implementation of robust manufacturing processes and procedures.\nEssential Skills & Experience\nHND, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, Electronics, or a related STEM discipline.\nExperience within an electronics or manufacturing engineering environment.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nKnowledge of root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.\nExperience supporting production and manufacturing processes.\nAbility to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.\nUnderstanding of NPI, DFM, and process improvement principles would be advantageous.\nEven If you feel like
