safety standards\nReview, capture, and document existing equipment designs\nProduce and maintain mechanical drawings and supporting technical documentation\nCoordinate closely with systems experts, safety team, operations, and other stakeholders\nDeliver quick, efficient design outputs appropriate for a fast-paced production environment\nConsider operator safety (immediate compliance) alongside longer-term maintainability and design direction\nSkillset / Experience Required\nMechanical design engineering experience (ideally production / manufacturing / defence environment)\nStrong SolidWorks capability (SolidWorks is available for new drawings)\nComfortable producing and interpreting mechanical drawings and technical documentation\nFlexible, hands-on mindset-able to deliver pragmatic, compromise solutions quickly when needed\nStrong communication and stakeholder management (safety/ops/systems collaboration)\nDesirable\nExperience with Creo and/or Visio (a lot of legacy drawings are currently in Visio)\nPneumatics exposure (advantageous, not
