As an engineering-focused organization and a leading European data centre delivery partner, we specialise in comprehensive turnkey solutions-managing projects from concept through to commissioning-with over 500 MW of live IT load currently in flight across Europe.\nIn this vital on-site leadership position, you will drive the mechanical engineering strategy, manage project teams, and ensure that all mechanical installations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.\nKey Responsibilities\nTeam Leadership & Management: Direct and mentor a dedicated team of mechanical engineers, establishing resource requirements and motivating personnel to achieve project milestones.\n\nDesign Optimisation & Innovation: Propose targeted design modifications to improve cost-efficiency, streamline the construction programme, and enhance overall specification and quality delivery.\n\nQuality & Commercial Oversight: Monitor all construction activities to guarantee superior workmanship and material quality, while demonstrating strong commercial astuteness.\n\nCoordination & Communication: Liaise closely with contracts managers, site engineers, and other discipline leads to ensure all subcontractors and site personnel receive timely and accurate information.
