This role will play a key part in supporting both business-as-usual payroll activity and a major payroll system implementation project. payroll system, including parallel pay runs, data analysis, identifying discrepancies, improving processes, and contributing to training documentation.\nProcess accurate end-to-end payroll across multiple contracts, ensuring compliance with National / Pay Agreements, rate changes, and back-pay requirements.\nManage all payroll actions related to starters, leavers, adjustments, and perform peer audits to maintain accuracy and quality.\nProduce and review payroll reports, resolve payroll queries promptly, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and deadline adherence.\nSupport year-end activities (Tax Year End, Benefits in Kind, P11Ds), maintain precise records, follow established payroll procedures, and keep up to date with payroll and pension legislation.\nExperience Required\nExtensive payroll experience in a fast-paced environment.\nPrevious experience supporting a payroll system implementation or major payroll project is essential.\nStrong analytical skills with confidence reviewing, interpreting, and comparing payroll data.\nSolid knowledge of payroll and pension legislation, and HMRC requirements.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills.\nQualifications\nA recognised CIPP qualification is desirable but not
