This is a hands-on coordination role that will suit someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, maintaining core PMO processes, and ensuring day-to-day activities run smoothly.\nThe role combines a variety of PMO support, reporting, and coordination activities with stakeholder engagement across technology, finance, and project teams. We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and able to deliver accurate work consistently.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport core PMO processes and administration activities.\n\nManage joiner, mover and leaver requests and associated tracking.\n\nProduce timesheet reporting and analysis.\n\nMaintain PMO data, documentation and records.\n\nSupport governance and reporting activities across the portfolio.\n\nEnsure established processes and work instructions are followed accurately.\n\nLiaise with stakeholders across PMO, technology and finance teams.\n\nAssist with general PMO coordination and administrative tasks as required.\n\nSkills & Experience\nPrevious experience within a PMO Analyst, PMO Coordinator or Project Support role.\n\nExperience working with PPM tools such as Planview or Clarity.\n\nStrong administrative and organisational skills.\n\nExperience producing reports and analysing data.\n\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.\n\nConfident engaging with a variety of stakeholders.\n\nAble to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.\n\nExperience working within project, programme or portfolio environments would be beneficial.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're looking for a proactive PMO professional who enjoys bringing structure and organisation to a busy project environment. You'll be confident supporting a range of PMO activities, building strong working relationships across the business, and delivering work to a consistently high standard.
