This role will be responsible for driving governance, reporting, planning, financial management, resource oversight, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring delivery standards are consistently maintained.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead PMO governance across multiple projects and programmes.\nManage portfolio reporting and provide regular updates to senior leadership.\nOversee project planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, and delivery assurance.\nMaintain and manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).\nProduce executive dashboards, status reports, and management information packs.\nDrive financial planning, budget monitoring, forecasting, and cost control activities.\nManage resource planning, capacity tracking, and utilisation reporting.\nCoordinate governance forums, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings.\nImplement and maintain change control processes and decision tracking.\nEnsure consistency in PMO standards, methodologies, and best practices.\nCoach project managers and delivery teams on governance and PMO processes.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives across the PMO function.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nSignificant experience in a PMO Lead or Senior PMO position within large-scale programmes.\nStrong understanding of:Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies\nProject governance and controls\nPortfolio and programme reporting\nFinancial and resource management\n\nAdvanced skills in:Microsoft Excel\nMicrosoft PowerPoint\nPower BI\nSharePoint and Microsoft 365\n\nExperience with tools such as:Jira\nConfluence\nClarity\nMicrosoft Project\n\nExcellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nExperience
