organisational capability through coaching, mentorship, and continuous improvement of engineering processes.\nJob Requirements:\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution or foreign equivalent.\nProfessional Engineer (P.Eng.) licence in good standing or immediate eligibility to register in British Columbia.\nExtensive experience in a high-integrity engineering environment.\nExperience in the application of Systems Engineering in Combat Systems or related domains.\nProven leadership skills and experience in leading technical teams and delivering projects.\nDeep understanding of Combat Systems and the Systems Engineering design lifecycle.\nExperience in the physical and functional integration of Victoria Class Submarine Combat Systems is an
