These contract roles will involve working full time on site within a technically advanced environment focused on defence solutions and electrical systems engineering.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLeading the development, integration and verification of complex electrical systems\nProducing and reviewing electrical systems designs, specifications and technical documentation\nProviding technical leadership and guidance across electrical engineering activities\nSupporting systems engineering, requirements management and technical assurance processes\nWorking collaboratively with multidisciplinary engineering and project teams\nIdentifying technical risks and developing effective engineering solutions\nContributing to design reviews, testing, fault investigation and system validation\nEnsuring engineering outputs comply with relevant defence standards, processes and legislation\nJob Requirements:\nSignificant experience as an electrical systems engineer within a defence, security or similarly regulated engineering environment\nStrong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, systems integration and verification\nExperience producing, reviewing and maintaining technical engineering documentation\nAbility to provide technical leadership and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills\nExcellent attention to detail and a structured approach to engineering activities\nRelevant electrical engineering qualification or equivalent professional
